The board consists of the following members:

Chair:
The Board Chair will provide leadership. The Board Chair will support and sustain the work, and provide governance, leadership and strategic fundraising support.

Vice-chair:
Will take on the duties of the Chairman in his absence, and take on the responsibility for special projects.

Executive Director:

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organisation. He/She does not have a vote at board meetings.

Secretary:
To take minutes of every meeting and to ensure that these are then passed on to the rest of the members, to draw up the Agenda for Committee meetings in consultation with the Chairman and notify members of meetings.

Treasurer:
The person who keeps tabs on where the money is coming from and going to.

The Parent’s Committee meets bi- monthly in the evenings.

If you feel that you would like to be part of the decision making committee of our school, please ensure that you complete a nomination form and submit this to the principal, before the AGM each year. Forms can be requested from the office at the school.
